Sex education doesn't need to be shameful! It's time to take back our power, to make our own decisions about our bodies unapologetically, and to figure out what we want our sex lives to be. You'll hear about sex in different cultures, identities, abilities, and bodies. Although this podcast isn't meant to be taken as therapy, I'll share what I've learned in my 10+ years as a Certified Sex Therapist. And, it probably goes without saying, this podcast is recommended for audiences 18 and older.

[00:00:15] Before becoming a certified sex therapist, I was poking and prodding people about their sex lives, including my poor friends. Turns out they enjoyed confiding in me and I enjoyed listening. So, I decided to make a career out of it.
[00:00:33] Now I spend my days happily working with people in my private practice as a sex therapist, supporting people in becoming their best sexual selves. Sex education doesn't need to be shameful. We're bringing humor and optimism to conversations about sex to give it the positive attention it deserves. It's time to take back our power, to make our own decisions about our bodies unapologetically and to figure out what we want our sex lives to be.
